- Admission ticket sales will cease when the planned number of tickets sold is reached.
- If there are any admission tickets remaining on the day of the exhibition, they will be sold on the day of the exhibition at the exhibition entrance.
- Additional tickets for sold-out dates and times may be sold without prior notice.
- Date and time cannot be changed after purchase.
- Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-reissuable.
- You may enter during the time indicated on your admission ticket.
- This exhibition is not on a rotating basis.
- 2D code will be issued as an admission ticket. Please bring your smartphone or print out a copy of the code. If you forget your admission ticket (2D code), you will not be allowed to enter.
- Once a 2D code has been used, it cannot be used.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- If you have an admission ticket from 10:00, please come to the venue when the facility opens at 10:00. When it is crowded, you may have to wait to enter the facility.
- Please do not arrive before the designated entrance time.
- You may be asked to wait to enter the exhibition hall due to congestion in the exhibition hall.

Q. Cancellations / Changes
Cancellations / Changes are not possible for this admission ticket after confirming your order. Please transfer your admission ticket (2D code) to your friend or family, if you can not go. We prohibit the resale of admission tickets at higher than our original prices for the purpose of profit. We will ask you to another time slot if you will be late at the specified time listed on your admission ticket(You may have to wait for your admission depending on be crowded).
